Inclusive Education Services

At KVRE, we believe in supporting the needs of all learners. When students come to school, our staff carefully assess for where students need challenge, and where they need support. Students undergo a variety of classroom assessments and screeners to monitor their progress throughout the year. If students require additional support, teachers can do this in a variety of ways. They may request support from the School-Based Team, which is made up of administration, all Inclusive Education teachers, our district Psychologist, our district Speech-Language Pathologist and our school counsellor. Students may receive support through a School-Based Learning Plan, or an Individual Education Plan, depending on the results of assessments.
